Our Process:


STEP 1: INTRODUCTION

A phone consultation with one of our experienced professionals where we discuss the extent of the damage, schedule your inspection and review pertinent documents

STEP 2: Q&A

Asking questions regarding the date of damage, assessment of any documentation of incident, paperwork filed in the past (if applicable), and a review of the current policy coverage.

STEP 3: RESEARCH

Once questions have been answered, and appropriate information reviewed, research will be conducted regarding similar damage in your area and hail size.

STEP 4: INSPECTION

A thorough inspection will be conducted by one of our licensed professionals in an effort to discover what (if any) damages the insurance company might have overlooked.

STEP 5: ENGAGEMENT

If it has been determined that I am able to help in your claim we will review a contract and letter of representation to proceed with our services to help in your case.

STEP 6: ESTIMATE

Once engaged, one of our experienced public adjuster’s will provide you with an estimate to review. After approval, the estimate, letter of representation and any other pertinent information will be submitted.

STEP 7: PROCEEDINGS

Your public adjuster will then contact the insurance companies adjuster to discuss differences and proceed.
